COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lion Precision LRD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magtrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mannesmann-Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lsk-Bearings product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magtrol such as the HCS42024619 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R90078553 manufactured by Mannesmann-Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Mannesmann-Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G70ET2RS by Manufacturer Lsk-Bearings as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lw-Scientific Brand ICL010LD032 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lumel such as P11G114112008 equipment made by Lumel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lumel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lumel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 46S23711141 made by Louis-Allis as well as the popular 4136308 original spares produced by Magnon-Engineering Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3424843500 by Marposs and P11G114112008 spares by Lumel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AE5911095 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maniobra-e. |
